Danielle is a fitness professional with a background in Sports Science, Nutrition and Personal Training. She is committed to supporting people of all abilities and enjoys working closely with clients in both 1:1 and group settings.
Her approach focuses on creating a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment where movement is adapted to each person’s goals, comfort and daily needs.
Since joining Fitcare in 2024, Danielle has provided personalised fitness and nutritional support that helps clients build confidence, independence and meaningful healthy habits. Her diverse sporting background—and her love of long-distance running—shapes her gentle, encouraging coaching style and practical understanding of functional movement.
Danielle also uses her nutrition expertise to help clients develop balanced, sustainable relationships with food in a way that feels supportive and achievable.
