Anne Dang

Area Coordinator 

North/West Melbourne

Anne is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and pilates instructor. She enjoys staying active outdoors and likes to go hiking and rock climbing. Through her own active endeavours, Anne learned that she could inspire others to do the same. This led her to venture away from working in the corporate world and into a career in health and fitness. Her passion is to help enable and guide others into finding their own way to a healthy, happy and active life. 

It wakes up the body, it keeps me moving, I feel less lazy. I love to sweat, love a work-out, love the people, love everything!

I’m on the NDIS and I’m also learning to be a sports coach so I can run my own business. I feel supported and empowered, I also get a lot of exercise and learn to cook.  I enjoy the team and would love to work for Fitcare in the future.
