We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic Area Coordinator to join the Melbourne team. Area Coordinators play a vital role within the company, coaching and supporting clients, managing a team of trainers, yogis and support workers, and delivering the Fitcare experience to our community. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, with excellent verbal communication skills, and can overcome challenges with a desire to grow and foster a thriving culture of wellness and support.

 

As an Area Coordinator for North West Melbourne, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching, supporting, teaching and growing your own portfolio of clients.

  • Overseeing the performance of other coaches by providing skills and development training, employment support, mentoring and guidance to both staff and clients.

  • Organising and delivering activities such as one on one client disability personal training, yoga, sports coaching, and nutritional support. Setting up and delivering group activities such as hiking, paddle boarding and group training events.

 

Experience and Qualifications required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Minimum Certificate IV) in health, fitness or welfare services.

  • Coaching/ teaching qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field. 

  • Car and full driving licence.
