Jake Greeley

Area Coordinator

Frankston and Cranbourne

Jake has worked with NDIS clients across Melbourne as a support worker and Fitness coach since 2018. His coaching philosophy stems from playing and coaching AFL football at a semi-professional level in the VFL. He has a Certificate III in Sport & Recreation and an Advanced Certificate in Identifying and Developing Young AFL Talent. Jake's unique background has given him the experience of working with some of  Australia's best strength and conditioning coaches, developing knowledge of crucial exercises that enable runners.

Jake's kind and approachable nature made him an easy fit to join the Fitcare Team as a Support Worker in September 2021. Since then, Jake has excelled within the company and jumped at the opportunity to move from coach to coordinator during Chloe's maternity leave.

It wakes up the body, it keeps me moving, I feel less lazy. I love to sweat, love a work-out, love the people, love everything!

I’m on the NDIS and I’m also learning to be a sports coach so I can run my own business. I feel supported and empowered, I also get a lot of exercise and learn to cook.  I enjoy the team and would love to work for Fitcare in the future.

I absolutely love the personal nature of the training sessions and I’ve seen a huge improvement in both my physical and mental wellbeing. Thanks to their amazing trainers and tailored programs, I’ve never felt stronger. I truly feel like a member of the Fitcare family.
