Gali Brooks

Gali has worked in the health and fitness sector since 1998. After completing a degree in Exercise Science with cert 3 and 4 in personal training and a cert 4 in Life Coaching, she combines exercise with achievable goals to bring about meaningful and long-term results. Gali has worked with people of all ages and abilities, from complete novices to combat soldiers. 

Her passion for social justice and inclusion led Gali to complete her postgraduate qualification in International and Community Development. Since then, she has devoted her time to sharing her love of fitness, dance and well-being with people of all abilities and survivors of trauma. Gali is passionate about assisting her clients in finding joy in movement and feeling empowered by it.

It wakes up the body, it keeps me moving, I feel less lazy. I love to sweat, love a work-out, love the people, love everything!

I’m on the NDIS and I’m also learning to be a sports coach so I can run my own business. I feel supported and empowered, I also get a lot of exercise and learn to cook.  I enjoy the team and would love to work for Fitcare in the future.
